I have been a lawyer since 2006 and specialise in family law.
I obtained my degrees in Law and Bachelor of Art Majoring in History from Victoria University in Wellington.
After working in the Hawkes Bay, Wellington, Auckland and the UK I returned home to settle in the Bay of Plenty with my family and joined Hollister-Jones Lellman in 2018.
I am able to provide you with practical legal advice and solutions in respect of your family matters and where appropriate will explore alternative dispute resolution options. However if your matter requires determination in the Family Court, I will guide you through that process. I have developed strong litigation and mediation skills having appeared regularly in the Family Court in a variety of fixtures and matters.
A lot of my work focuses on the division of relationship property including pre-nuptial agreements and separation agreements. I also regularly represent clients in other areas of family law including protection of personal and property rights, care of children, guardianship, adoption, paternity, domestic violence, and dissolutions.
